Content & ads
How moonbird uses your content: in our own channels and in paid ads.
Organic content
Organic content is everything you post on your own channels as usual. No special steps needed. moonbird earns reach and awareness through your authentic content, and you earn commission on every sale your content drives.
Meta
Paid ads
Moonbird can run a paid ad on Instagram or Facebook using one of your videos. The ad runs from moonbird's own account and reaches a much wider audience. We only do this with your confirmation.
Whitelisting
Whitelisting means moonbird boosts one of your posts as a paid ad, directly from your Instagram or Facebook account. The post looks like it comes from you and reaches a much larger audience. You don't need to have posted yet, we can send the partnership request in advance.
How it works
Make sure you have a professional account
Your Instagram or Facebook account must be set to Creator or Business. If it's still Personal, switch it in Settings → Account type.
Receive the partnership request
Moonbird will search for your account and send a partnership invite directly through Meta. Alternatively, we can also send you the direct link to approve.
Accept the request
You'll get a notification in Instagram or Facebook. Tap Approve. Done!
TikTok
Moonbird runs one of your videos as a Spark Ad directly from your TikTok handle. You generate a short code from your post and we handle the rest.
How it works
Post your TikTok video
The video must be live on your account first. Once it's posted, you can generate the Spark Ad code.
Generate the Spark Ad code
Go to the post → tap the three dots → select Ad settings → enable Spark Ads authorization → copy the code. Send it to manon@moonbird.life.

Post ideas, hooks, and seasonal moments to help you plan ahead.
Evergreen hooks
These angles work any time of the year and tend to generate saves and shares.
My morning breathwork ritual (60s)
Show your actual morning: get out of bed, pick up moonbird, 2 minutes before coffee. No gym, no green juice. Just this. Relatable and low-barrier.
Why I breathe 6 times a minute
Explain the science behind slow breathing (HRV, nervous system, vagus nerve) in simple terms. Carousels or talking-head videos do well here.
I tried breathwork for 30 days
Before/after format: what you expected, what actually changed, what surprised you. Authentic reviews convert very well. Include your code in the caption.
Things that actually calm me down (that aren't meditation)
Position moonbird as a practical alternative for people who find meditation hard. Use trending sounds for Reels/TikTok.
My kid actually fell asleep with moonbuddy
Share an honest moment of using moonbuddy at bedtime. What was the routine, what did your child say, did it work? Real parent stories perform really well.
Seasonal moments
Plan your content around these moments for relevance and better reach.

Series idea
30 days of breathwork, a series
Document 30 days of daily breathwork with moonbird. Day 1 setup, weekly check-ins, day 30 reflection. Strong format for long-term engagement and builds credibility. Great for YouTube or TikTok.
30 days of moonbuddy, a series
One month of trying to calm your child with moonbuddy at bedtime. Day 1 intro, weekly check-ins on what works and what doesn't, day 30 reflection. Honest and relatable content that connects with parents.
Content formats
Different formats work for different goals. Here's what tends to perform best for moonbird content.
Reels & TikTok (30–60s)
Best for reach. Show a real moment: waking up stressed, using moonbird before bed, or a calming 2-minute routine. Raw and authentic outperforms polished.
Carousels
Great for educational content: "5 breathing exercises for anxiety", "how I use moonbird every morning". Strong save-and-share rates.
Stories
Perfect for your discount code, affiliate link swipe-up, or a quick unboxing. A more informal tone is fine here.
Long-form / review
Honest, in-depth reviews convert well. Include your affiliate link in the description. Mention the 30-day return policy to lower purchase hesitation.
For clinical partners
A practical guide to creating your video as a therapist, coach, or healthcare professional.
Video structure (30–60 seconds)
The “why” (approx. 10 sec)
Start by identifying yourself and your professional role (e.g., therapist, coach). State a common challenge you or your clients face. Be specific. Example: “As a therapist, I often work with clients who struggle with in-the-moment anxiety and need a way to ground themselves.”
The experience & demonstration (approx. 20–30 sec)
Introduce the tool as your solution. Physically show how moonbird or moonbuddy works in its simplest form. This is the most important part. Describe the tactile sensation. Example: “It’s a simple, screen-free device. You just hold it and it guides your breath with a slow rhythm: inhale when it expands, exhale when it contracts. It’s very intuitive.”
The impact & uniqueness (approx. 15–20 sec)
Explain the benefit from your professional viewpoint. Highlight what makes it different from other solutions (e.g. meditation apps). Mention your personal use if applicable. Example: “The physical sensation helps pull clients out of their racing thoughts and into their body. Unlike an app, it’s a tangible anchor. I even use it myself for a minute or two to decompress between sessions.”
The call to action (approx. 5 sec)
End with a gentle encouragement to learn more. Invite curiosity, don’t push a sale. Example: “If this sounds like something that could help you or your clients, I’d encourage you to learn more.”
Adapting the script for moonbuddy
The structure is the same. Simply swap the “why” and “impact” to be child-focused.
- The “why”: “As a child psychologist, I’m always looking for ways to help kids understand abstract concepts like ‘calm breathing’. Telling a child to ‘just breathe’ during a moment of big emotions often doesn’t work.”
- The impact: “It’s a wonderful tool for co-regulation. It gives the child and the parent a physical focus point, turning a moment of potential conflict into a quiet, shared activity.”
